My moon

My moon

A Poem by GreseBardhi

Do not come to me

Because I can’t come to thee

In my side the sun is shining

In your side the sky is crying

I’m the sun and you’re the moon

But the great sky is not so grate

When it has to hold us both

I will hide so you can shine

And when I show you are no more

I’m not gone but you can’t see me

And you don’t know why you can feel me

Just my warmth on your back

Tells you where I am and stand

So don’t turn my love, don’t turn

Cause your beauty I will burn

And your eyes I will blind

So let me shine you from behind

Cause no man that has ever lived

Could swallow the mighty sun

They would turn to aches bit by bit

That’s why I hide, but I’m never gone
