A Poem by Hari Om

Shadows and Lights contrast each other but are lifelong companions

Things are right
Just because once they were wrong
As wherever there is light
Shadow accompanies along

You face the light you wont see the shadow
You face the shadow you wont see the light
Sometimes you have to use the eyes of heart
Rather than eyes of sight

It is about how you think and feel
And not about how you hear or see
For a lock is never made
Without its key

Life pushes you to struggle
Like a pushing pump
As only if there are hurdles
One will learn to jump

It is quite honorable
If for a good cause one dies
One bitter truth is far better than
A thousand sweet lies

As to mix the ingredients
You always have to shake
And as you want your dreams to be true
All you have to do is wake

Shadow is cool and calm
While light is pinch and heat
Both always exist at same place and time
But they never really meet

You fell because
Once you were at a height
Shadow will make its way
Mo matter how bright is light

Always follow the truth
Always follow whats right
Life is full of twists and turns
Or you may say its full of shadows & light

Shadow may be dark
And may prove its might
But the fact that world knows
That shadow is just an abstraction to light

This is all I've learnt from life's flying kite
We live and die in shadows and light

Hari Om
Shadows are just as important as lights. Welcome Both as they both are equally valued.

You speak this balance so clearly, this dance of dark and light. They are connected, forever intertwined. So powerful.
