At The Moment

This is how I feel at the moment about this guy that I at one time loved.

It’s over and done with.

You finally broke me.

You made my body want to go stiff.

I did everything I could to plea.

You said you loved me.

You called me your baby.

You made me confused, can’t you see?

I knew what we had was pretty pasty.

It never really stuck, but you said you loved me.

I hear you. "but you said you loved me" - this explains it all. You expected more from him. You thought that he really meant it. We are only human. We commit mistakes. Sometimes we put too much faith in certain things. only to realise in the end that it was not worth it.

True love is hard to come by. But once you find it, it will be with you forever :).
