Rock Star

Rock Star

A Poem by Henry Clemmons

Annoying,

                the sound of her voice.

Geeky,
           her look,
                          in a sexy,
    polka dot
                           Kind of way.
Yet
     No one knew
                         d
                         e
                         e
                         p
                            down,

she was a rock star,

not even her.

Again, the form is great. I especially like that it seems to be part of the picture, in a way. This one gives me an uneasy feeling. Maybe because the girl is awkward and unaware... the images are fantastic. I can see her, I think.

Again, I like the use of the words being put on the page to impac the reading. Nicely done. I have done the same on a poem on the site titled "Listenting to James Clay.

This is fun! I like the style, very unique and amazing. Great write! :D:D:D I especially liked the line,
"in a sexy,
polka dot
Kind of way."
:) Reminds me of an old friend. Awesome job!
