Hello my friend!
How are you?
I must admit, I’m pretty good too.
I’ve notice something wrong.
Something wrong between us two.
You’ve been awful distant lately.
Did I do something wrong to you?
I apologize for everything I might have done in the past.
Those times I’ve neglected you,
Those times I might have overlooked you too fast.
I apologize for those times way back when.
I should have been a better person to you.
I should have been a better friend.
I want you to know that despite all the mistakes I’ve made.
By your side, I’ve always stayed.
Because I’m your friend, and have been for so long.
And onward as your friend, I’ll keep our bond and love strong.
So remember my friend, I’m here for you no matter what.
To the end, when both of our books shut.
