Gay people

A poem about gay people deserved to have some respect too.

Gay people have rights too,

Some say that god hates gay people.

Well they’re wrong.

Gay people can do whatever they want,

They  don’t need to be called a homo or a f*g.

All they want is peace,

Come together and lets hold hands.

Stop making them feel sad.

All they want is to be glad for each other.

This is nicely stated. The flow of this poem is smooth and your are correct we are all human no matter our color or our sexual preference. We all should be treated with love and respect. If everyone did this then we would have world peace.

this was a nice poem, and yes they do want many of the things other people want. And I find my friends very nice, loving and friendly; sometimes more so than straight ones. It makes no difference what there sexual preference is, and its not up to us to judge them based solely on that. Good poem Ira!
