All Who Lost

All Who Lost

A Poem by Ian Caithness
"

This is a heart-felt poem about all those who have both been affected and lost family during the Hitler regime between 1939-1945 in which Hitler killed over 6 million people solely because they were not of the 'Aryan' race.

"

The broken bodies
Filled with torture,
Men so wicked
Filled with malice
But now a tear,
A tear of sorrow

A tear for all
Who lost their lives
A tear for all
Who lost their spirit

The lethal fence
Built with hate,
The camps of injustice
Built with pride
But now a tear,
A tear of anguish…

A tear for all
Who lost their lives
A tear for all
Who lost their spirit

How can anyone
Have such hatred,
How can anyone
Have such blindness…

Blindness to the
True injustice,
Blindness to the
Murdered beings,
Now I drop
A tear for those…

A tear for all
Who lost their lives
A tear for all
Who lost their spirit

Wonderful... the Holocaust is probably one of my favorite topics to discuss, research, etc.

Such a shame so many died, and that there are people who claim it never occured.
