Forever My Always

Consumed with the warmth of your smile,

the music of your laugh,

and the tenderness of your touch.

I don't know why God blessed me,

with such a man as you,

but it makes my soul complete and very delighted too.

The way you always know me,

and exactly what to do.

When my loneliness gets me down,

and I am feeling very blue.

The way you see into my soul,

and look behind my eyes.

I know I don't have to hide my feelings,

or put up any disguise.

With you I am learning to trust,

and as a person - I have grown.

Who could have possibly told me,

how could I have ever known,

that you would come into my life,

a beauty would start to grow.

To share your tender heart.

The warmness of your smiles,

your wittiness and your wisdom.

For these I would walk for miles.

To think of a time,

when you may no longer be there,

for me to share my life with.

To my heart, is unacceptable,

because here is where I need you.

The bond we share, nothing can sever,

I love you NOW, ALWAYS and FOREVER.
