Talking some rubbish stuff and raising your voice

Calling my name out of anger

Can't you see you are only hurting yourself

Don't let anger captivate you 

Look at the bigger picture

Sounds like self-hatred and disgust and anger. Like having a "good angel" on one shoulder and on the other shoulder the "bad angel". You are trying to in your head, not listen to your negative thinking.
