Bullet in my heart

My heart has fallen into pieces in just the short time you've been away......
I thought everything was getting better between us until it all just fell apart......
I remember when you used to say that nothing could take you away from me......
but there you went just like I thought and my heart just fell to pieces.........
so to make this right and to stop the pain I put this bullet in my heart for you.......

I thought this was sad. I liked this because it reminded me of how I feel at times. I think it was because of all of my ex boyfriends. I think it is nice the way it is. I don't rhyme my poetry either. Thanks for sharing. :)
