Right Now

Right Now

A Poem by Amy
"

First time I've been on in a couple years! Just started college, and these are some thoughts.

"

Rocking, rolling, underaged,
Let's start where it says "Go".
Jealous, tense, and then upstaged
But never let it show.
Slapping, spending, stay up late,
It's getting out of hand,
And suddenly we're down by eight,
It's time for a demand.
Black and grey, I sometimes flinch,
And really get some scares,
I still don't like, still don't forgive,
But then, who really cares?
Round and round, and then it's gone
Oh well, it's done, what next?
I'm still here, still chilling out,
When you want me, text.
It might change, might shift away,
But it's all good from this view,
So I'll sit back and let it be,
And by the way, I miss you.
