A Poem by Eli

Realize who's deceiving you and the truth that's out there. Always have an open and level mind

Truth is stranger than fiction,
If you don't live your life by it,
You're only creating friction.
Restriction of metamorphosis,
Giving away your energy,
To the extortionist.

There are no methods left to shock,
Implemented other than the prod.
Manipulating manifestation,
To play the role of God.
We found peace long ago,
In a religion gaining flaws.

In this darkness,
Evil creeps.
Finding divinity,
In the hopeless and the weak.
I've been there,
Struggle with it each day.
But that gives us no reason,
To throw our lives away.

Burn your false idols,
Ideas of cities and capital.
If you wish to know pure pain,
Look into the eyes of a caged animal.
Reflection of inner inspection,
Will leave you hypnotized.
The evidence is right in front of you,
Time to open up your eyes
