Truck Driver

Truck Driver

A Poem by JC Fox

Driving my rig across country

My mind all a sundry

hanging my hand out the window waiting for my nails to dry

Picking up hitchikers offering them a ride

Oh no my pantyhose have a tear

Now what will I wear?

Oh yeah baby I'm a truck driver

Rebellious. Chancy. Flirtatious. Daring.

One point of punctuation? It works. "Mind all a sundry" - more of a stream of thought.
