A Change of Heart

Hoping for a change of heart from the special someone

I take it to the sky

A journey

While the stars surround me

The rocks following around

I might get all I want

But it is you that I need.

All I want, is you to hear

The fault is my own.

All I want, is you to feel

The pain that I've known

The closer I get to something real

All I need

Is your hand to hold and

Your heart to beat

It's fine if you take my heart

Please forgive my soul!

Look into my eyes

You’ll see that i don't hide.

Love heals all wounds

I do stand with these scars

Destiny pushing me away

Always left to sacrifices

I never thought I'd be a masochist

Letting myself get hurt

Cause it's just you

I love the twist.

I couldn't stay away

I couldn't fight it out

It doesn't matter how hard I try.

I can't help but fly.

I never saw it coming around

I've never realized that

Bitterly sweet this would taste

Sometimes Lessons learnt always hurt.

Oh! My heart is filled with you.

The moment you left my shadows

I search the galaxies

You took away my memories

Now I have a life time to wait

Yet I seek immortality!

Every step I take to you is a big mistake

I do try to light up the skies

Knowing the skies will come burning down one of these days.

I do listen to the wind of my soul

Where I'll end up I think god only knows!

I try to run away from you

I try to defy the law of love

I try to rise up

To be forever free

But never can I from my memory

The journey is never going to stop

Remember there’s more to this brave adventure

A Change Of Heart would do 

If you ever do believe
That's the way.
