Divorced Life or If They Only Knew

My daughters, my little savior's.

Every cuddle, every giggle, every kiss, every hug, every beautiful, perfect, precious, warm, light-filled smile, every "I love you, daddy!" every "I did it, daddy!!!" is a reason in itself for me to not end my own life.

If only I could see you two everyday.

My precious girls, daddy is so sorry for what will happen someday.

Author's Note

Being away from my children is harder than anything. They are 4 and 2 and I'm going to miss half of their lives until they are old enough to go out on their own. Divorce has stolen half our lives.

I can understand what it's like to go through a divorce and have kids in the middle of it, you just have to find the things that help you most and think of the things that keep you going. I like this, it's sad and sweet.
