Sage

Sage

A Poem by Jade Stone

Your piercing green eyes and faded orange hair feel safe, soothing even.
They give me comfort from restless nights.
Even though no words are spoken in this pin drop silence.
I know you see right through me.
And I find some odd sense of comfort in that cause no one else can.
It's too bad your nothing but a figment of my imagination.
The best friend I wish I had in real life.
But until then I will continue to suffer in silence.

Comma needed after safe in the first line. I find this very inspiring for myself as a writer, it could be a prompt for a longer story. Well done

I opened this writing because you said it was a story.
Two mistakes.
