The words that most men hear

Ensnared in my web of deceit

Gasping for air

Another victim

What a delightful treat

 

It was the same

All mundane

Until HE came along

And ruined my verdrehte Spiele

 

I fell for him

I was consumed

I didn’t know if I could kill him

As we stood under der Erntemond

 

I looked into his eyes

And saw my soul

I couldn’t do it

I felt my blood run cold

 

Sie sind der Tod von mir

He whispered in my ear

How true it was

But I was drowning in fear

 

I never thought I could fall in love

After all these years

It only took one glance

He had me near tears

 

Sie sind der Tod von mir

I said through choked gasps

I saw my death

And as he held me

The smile on his face

Was the last
