As I Miss You

As I Miss You

A Poem by HopingStrong
"

Sitting in regret, missing someone I wish I still had.

"
What's left of us
A tear drop here and there
Your eyes have dried
But mine are drowning

I questioned once
The fear of caring
Time to fight this final downing

Lift me up
I tell myself
Keep distracting every thought

Every dog just wants a family
Every God comes with a cost
