As lady love has rented
a space in my mind,

I plan on taking up permanent
residency in her heart,

Which will lead us to break her
lease and move to the city
to purchase a home,

Home is where the
heart is...

my only suggestion is to leave off the "at" on the last line...

but wow...excellent metaphor carried from beginning to end of this poem that the reader gets to temporarily live in with sub-lease.
