CHILDHOOD

CHILDHOOD

A Poem by Anindita Janhabee
"

The memorable days...

"

Loving each sense
Being liked by everyone
Every funny demand
Fulfilled by parents
Without any reason
Life without being tense
Singing and roaming all around
Being crazy for chocolates
All the time busy in playing
On the top of the world
When there was love and no hatred feeling
When there was peace and no burden
When there were smiles and no responsibilities
Gathering all the friends
Feeling with all their simple sorrows
Finding a pleasure in all their simple joys
Enjoying each day as the last day
Breathing each moment as the last moment
Remembering my child life...THE HAPPY DAYS...

childhood always brings memory's to everyone's life. and it's true, at that age, we're all naive, innocence, & freee to make mistakes but inadvertently. so i believe, it's fun... & also very much memorable. we sometimes feel shattered, & broken, & completely tormented deep inside esp. when we recall gone days & wish... if we were the "SAGE" again. quite impressive. very well written!

An ode to the lost days of youth.....

This poem is lovely; a series of personal emotions that you have put down to reminisce about your carefree days of youth. It is somewhat surprising because you are still very young and in the prime of your youth. These beautiful memories you write about in this poem will continue into your future. All that is memory, is never lost.

A very nicely written piece. Full of serenity and joy for the days past.

thank you so much for your time reading...... : )
yes, memory stays forever, it never dies...
Aam ke ped par
Tyre ka jhoola tha
Barish ka mousam tha
Kachnaar phoola tha

Hansi thi, khushi thi
Naav kaghaz ki tirti thi,
Patang ki dor thame
Tere peechhe mein phirti this

Tum gaye Na vo baarish kabhi loutee
Tum gaye vo patangon ki dor bhi tooti
Aaj bas aankh mein paani hai air yaadein hain
Awaaz ghum hai maghar kaanon mein Teri Baatien hain

I commend you in remembering the good memories. It is so refreshing to see that not all childhoods are bad. Maybe this is the key for a happy adult life, to remember the good times as a kid and make new ones as a grown up. You did an awesome job as always and to be so young you have so much wisdom. Blessings. N.

thanks for enjoying dear...
Except with the "Chocolates" you really did paint my memorable days of childhood.

You've done well in using only 'my' on this poem. --// you made the readers feel that they're the one who's talking instead of you. (I don't know if you realize it, or you know what you've done on this piece.)

And without the genre, warnings, this poem itself is meant for those readers; not just to relate but to reminds them with they're old times.

With the help of your profile picture, I read this with the beautiful voice of a female.

The atmosphere and the tune of the voice is soft.

I can feel the fresh air of the past with this poem, caressing my shoulder.

thanks for the enjoyment ma'am.. i am happy that you did enjoy...
oh yes, memories of that are so clear..clearer now your poem brought more to mind..although even as a child i remember worrying how i would pay bills when i was older and things like that haha..i think i started worrying and stressing before i was even born! i do remember still though the days when those worries weren't there for a moment and everything was carefree as your poem says and summers seemed hotter and longer than they could ever possibly be...great :)...lovely poem that envokes some lovely memories for possible future inspiration, thank you for sharing, full marks :)

Hello poet! That was a beauty. There is something that I would like to suggest
"Remembering my child life...THE HAPPY DAYS..." this line sounds a bit odd. Well, that is just a suggestion. Even then, full marks :D
