whatever may be the reason, I'll wait for you...

Time may pass by,

Making me lonely and cry…

Changing world’s every relationship,

May it be short or deep…

Every moment you’ll be in my heart,

That may be the end or a start…

Distance may make us apart through miles,

But I won’t forget you were the reason of my smiles…

Our thoughts may change and differ,

Also may get down to cheaper…

Destinations " of course, vary;

You may leave me behind, your friendship - I’ll carry…

Your patience for me may not exist for long,

Still I request you not to go wrong…

The world may appear against me,

But I’ll always be besides you, whatever the reason may be…

You may forget me, but I’ll never forget you,

You’ll be the only one I’ll look forward to…

For me you are an unforgettable memory, its true;

Whatever may come along the way, I’ll wait for you…

"You may forget me, but I'll never forget you", such a strong sign of love and commitment. I've always written poems like these about people I don't know, though I had the feelings in my head. It shouldn't matter if we know them or not, but just knowing that we are capable of such committed feelings to another human being. To know that we are worthy of a powerful love, that's all that matters.

You wrote it very well. Many can relate their feelings to this poem, and even I did.
I just felt that the rhythm of the poem got a bit disturbed in the second line of....
'Our thoughts may change and differ,
Also may get down to cheaper.'
However though, it was a good one. That someone special will be very lucky indeed ;)
