Cosmos

We should sometimes not take the risk.

I thought

the galaxy

had a plan for me

a place

to fit me 

in

Where I can shine

and shatter 

and burn

and make jokes about the

cosmos

streetrace over the

milky way

have a conversation with mother moon and

visit all her baby stars

a place where I 

appreciate the beauty

appreciate my beauty

a place to dream 

things

you couldn't imagine on 

planet earth

but everything our human hands touch

gets ruined

even our own hearts, our own souls

I'd rather stay here

not fully capable

of being happy

Than taking the risk

of never 

seeing a shooting star 

again
