Missing You

Missing You

A Poem by simpleromantic

A day passes and we meet again.
Then we separate and we meet again.
I want to drink a cup of coffee with you.
Today, tomorrow, and every the day after that.

How do you manage to look so fine.
There is no flaw anywhere.
Your shy eye, delicate smile, I want all that smile.
I’m drowning in your dreamlike presence.

You and me, we are in the same sky.
The space between us is long and dark.
You are a star in a dark night.
I thank the moon for revealing you.

This impatient heart of mine.
Although you’re always clueless.
I wonder if you know, I’m always missing you.
The words, I like you.
