If I Were A Puppet

I lay in bed

Thoughts fill my head

Sleep eludes me

I close my eyes and the future is all I see

The future is so perfect

I finally have what I used to lack

You

You are my dream come true

A dream is a wish your heart makes

And I know this won’t lead to any heart breaks

One day you will be my wife

But you already are my life

You look so beautiful in your dress and veil

We are going to make our own fairy tale

Our life is going to seem like a fantasy

Every touch will be my own personal ecstasy

 

I can feel how much you mean to me

When I look at you

You control my heart, and you carry the key

It’s hard to believe our love is so new

Because I feel as if I’ve loved you for an eternity

But it could still never be enough

You have an amazing ability

To be who you are, and not bluff

The air that I breathe when I’m with you

Is sweeter than the air I breathe alone

You know what I say is true

And you know my arms will always be your throne

 

Your body is my favorite poem

You couldn’t find a better, no matter how far you were to roam

Every step speaks a brand new story

Every word sounds with glory

Every word influences me

It is only you I see

Your body is the ultimate masterpiece

My feelings shall never cease

 

I will never let you slip away

I will always be here

I will love you every day

I will always be near

I will never love you from a distance

I will always be yours

I will show you permanence

I will always make sure that it is you I adore

 

No other woman affects me

It is only you that controls me

If I were a puppet

You would control my strings

The world disappears when we are together

It is only us

Nothing else matters

You are my first and only priority

This is how it shall always remain

My princess

My future wife

My eternal lover

I wish there were better words to describe my emotions

Because three words are not enough

To express the love I have for you

I was created and molded for you

And you understand what I mean

When these words drip from my lips to your ears

I love you…foreve
