Shy girl seeks to Speak

Shy girl seeks to Speak

A Poem by jenbem

Syntax slips through heated synapses.

Words;

      Fighting

           Forming

      Falling

behind my teeth-

on the tip of my tongue.

"shhhhhhhh,"

              you whisper,

  caressing corporeal

      (and thoughts)

in a shapeless breath.

       sometimes,

words are unnecessary.

I like this piece....... i used to be shy myself........now people don't believe me when i say I used to be shy.....But I still remember what goes through the mind of a shy person. :) I love your writings.

what a nice little poem, and how true. " sometimes,

words are unnecessary." For me with all my reading I love to do, they are very necessary but when your with someone . . . it's a little different, that look--those thoughts, that touch, oh- can't forget that kiss.

Words mean little in the actually scheme of things... and, anymore, people miss use them to a degree that is sad.
