I Wonder

I Wonder

A Poem by Jennifer
"

I wish I could have given you some words that would of made you not take your life that day.

"
I wonder what made you want to die
that night
Was it the demons in your head?
Or the person you didn't know in your bed.
You're lying there sad
and no one seems to relate.
You fight and fight for reasons
why to stay.
I wish I could have been there,
next to you.
Because it wasn't fair,
how you left thinking no one cared.
I wish I could have given you some words
that would of made you not take your life
that day.
Because life is definitely a journey,
and in my heart I'm deeply sorry you
couldn't stay for the way.

Rest easy for the individuals who are no longer with us. You will always be remembered.

And to the people that continuously fight, keep fighting. The pain is worth the glory that is coming.

very deep... and generous lines u have come up with. liked the way how humorously u pen down this stuff. however, i am sorry to hear about him. may god bless this world. there's so much cliches around the world that have this whole universes depressed, undisguised... which further made people suicide for no reason, but deep inside, they always have their own specific reasons behind the shell of darkness.

I had a friend who took his life. I always wonder if he thought of me any time beforehand. It's so sad.

Nice poem.

Optimism is becoming a bad taste for modern poetry but here it's a resource n a beautiful one.
