A young boy trapped inside his mind

his thoughts intertwine, he loses track of time

"everything will be fine" he foolishly says

but he doesn't realize he dreams are nearly dead

he's lost, nowhere to go,

he's late to the show that is known as life

he is years behind and time waits for no man

HEY MAN! Get back on your feet! do not admit defeat!

You can have the writing skills to pay the bills

you've had your thrill, you had your time to chill

now its time to go for the kill, get focused, write everyday

improve, learn, study, you can do it go get whats yours 

its waiting for you.
