Fish Kiss

Fish Kiss

A Poem by Rayne Droplette
"

A little girl in paradise!

"

She smiled so bright

And giggled in delight

When her parents told her she

Would come with them to visit paradise

She soon arrived

With a smile on her face, ever so bright

She ran to the beach and wanted to swim

Her parents nodded yes, she could go in

The water was clear, but it was missing something

Perhaps some fish, because there was nothing

But sand and water in the ocean

No swimming fish or any commotion

Then a small blue fish, swam up to her

She gave it a kiss and decided it were

Better to leave the fish in the sea

Then bring it back with her as a memory.
