Yes,it's about love,get over it. This poem is true and from the heart

You've changed my life in more ways
than one
I used to have nothing but now you're
my everything
You're smart and sweet and amazingly
beautiful
You've been my first kiss,first dance
my first true love
I can't possibly think of my life
without you
Because I can't stand to be too far
away from you
And the memories that we have made
are wonderful
Looking into the future I can only see
you and me
Together forever because we are
meant to be<3

Very sincere. Try adding punctuation to show where the thoughts begin and end especially in this set up of a poem. It is a bit sappy, but that's what love is. Love is being so unafraid of what the world thinks because of your other. I applaud such things in the world.
