The Angel Girl

This was my very first romantic poem, inspired by two poeple, so i could'nt give it to neither of them. I believe a poem written for some one special, belongs to them forever, never to be given to some one else.

 

 

 

 

I tried to write a poem that rhymes,

that would take a heart and make it shine.

I tried real hard and out came this,

a romantic poem for the girl I miss.

Her eyes they shine like those of an Angel,

when they meet mine, I get filled with a passion,

A passion for the girl I mistook for an angel.

This Angel has a vile smile,

once you've glimpsed it there's no escape.

You're captured by her love,

her everlasting affection.

An affection unbreakable by distance,

an affection indescribable by words.

Then what, you might ask,

is the point of this poem.

well, to describe the faintest fraction

of my love towards you.

(Your beauty echoes in my mind,

now and forever)

 

Author's Note

Yes, i know it is very deep, and i probably hav'nt experienced love like that, but I wrote down what I felt.......

It's very good for one who 'hasn't experienced love like that' before. I like how the smile is described as a sinister thing instead of something pure and good.
