Falling...

Falling...

A Poem by MsJewel
"

~ just a scribble ~

"

                   photograph compliments of pinterest

If I were a raindrop would you catch me

would you hold me and not let me go

‘til dark skies that shuddered with lightning

                     would brighten

                                 painting rainbows

Kissing the sky like a sweet dream

                 where whip cream

                        clouds will be found…

If I were a raindrop

                        would you catch me

or would you let me fall to the ground?

Thank you for your kind words :) Julie
Each word creates a soft, longing dream; a dream of desire in the sweetest way. In the falling, we always seek one who will reach out to catch us. So beautifully voiced. xo

"If only I were a leaf..
I would play my part...
I would catch you.. hold you.. guard you...
Until the Sun breaks my heart"..

sort of like the "he loves me, he loves me not" petal picking....fairly certain any man that loves you knows your quality and would gently catch that drop. another wonderful write Julie.

Slight intoxication of chronic love expressed in enamoring words. We envy the person for whom you have written it :)
