Do not give yourself the chance to know all the ugly truths at once.

It's too much for your heart to hold ,

too much for your brain to absorb ,

and too much for your soul to carry.

Very true, it's reminds me of a simple yet effective way live a happy life, and that is living a day-to-day life... But the sad truth of this modern world is that we are so busy in trying to learn everything at once, no matter how much pressure it puts on us we are busy to do everything in a single day... Gosh!
