The Tree of Death

The Tree of Death

A Chapter by Kevin
"

This poem sets up the tone and the themes in this book

"

“Dead will dance for what is left!”

The sea will flow with blood and flesh!

“The binding has now become your death”,

So says the Tree of Death.

The sky will fall!

And Earth will break!

Your souls will fill with blackened hate!

“Try to run, it’ll be too late!”

Reveals the Tree of Death.

There’s no one here to save ourselves!

No one here to save ourselves!

The world makes its way for the Tree of Death.

Don’t say a word, you’ll need your breath.

“You can’t save yourself!”

“You can’t save yourself!”

Author's Note

Kevin
Its more of a chant than a poem and it probably sucks :

Wow, this poem/chant really has me intrigue and now I wish to read more of this story.
I love the dark vibe that comes from it.

A write well done!
