French Kissing

French Kissing

"French Kissing"

You came out of the blue

handsome, foreign, new

not much chat, none of that

straight down to smouldering love

you sent me to the clouds above

I didn't know where I was

and kissed you back, just because

It felt so right, so good

you put me in the mood

I understood what went on between

a woman and a man

and where I said I never would

you showed me that I could

It was long ago

and I still wonder why

with you, I did lie

underneath that blue sky

how I love to reminisce

that oh so French kiss

and the way I felt

in your arms, I did melt

All to soon you were gone

but memories linger on

I will never forget

Louis, the French guy I met

The rush. The cold tingle that rises up from your collar bone up to your neck. Then it gets warm. You can literally feel your eyes dilate.

Emotional interactions causing body attractions. Got to love life!
I enjoyed your poem. Thanks for sharing.

Sometimes, when it's right, it's just right, and there's no holding back or wanting to … rare moment, indeed! Real, um-hm! Good, oh-YES!!!!
You've made me remember the abandonment to a myriad of enthralling sensations sooo well, KT … ummm!
Er, got a bit involved and carried away … blush*

Beautifully vivid, in captivating poetic voice, Poetess … how I dearly loved it! ⁓ Richard ; )

You made it feel so enjoyable, KT! : )
Sometimes it's the touch, sometime's the eyes, sometimes their voice will melt us and sometimes the tongue can incite riots within us.
You nailed it with class KT.

My pleasure
Fine phrasing, thoughts and words display well, has great meter, slightly tongue in cheek at times. Has a touch of the European 'je ne said quo'

thank you for reading and reviewing, yeah tricky one to write, I found. :)
A double meaning nice! You had me wondering by the title how steamy this was going to be. Those memories as we can read are very fond to you. I'll bet they are tucked away in a shoebox in your heart. The first second I met my wife I knew we were going to be married. She never let hold her hand, put my arm around her let alone kiss her until the day of our wedding. You remindedme of that reading about all your french kissing, lol.
