KWP,
"Glistening Backdrop" Our lives are probably much more than we can begin to even comprehend. This poem expresses the movement, striving, hoping and even chaos withing our days. "our lives shine." We influence one another by our give and take, the shining of our love in so many ways like a light- "Iridescent." We try, struggle and push our way along; "like undulating waves." We desire peace, solitude and look for meaning and affirmation like the reality of "Glistening against the backdrop of the eternal." I found your theme inspiring and very identifiable with the commonality of what people share. I actually read this three times. It is meaningful. ....................Bless you.......Kathy

Remove the uppercase and the visuals take on a more eternal -and ephemeral - feeling.

Nice words.

Short, yet full of images. Well done. This would look good stenciled on a wall of a room overlooking a beach.
