No More Pain

We all know someone we love who was taken away in the blink of an eye. They were that person who was once in a lifetime and can move mountains. I wrote this on March 8, 2018. i'd enjoy feedback.

I hear people crying "No more pain! They killin' our babies!" wanting them to live again
I hear their screams filled with heartache and misery
See that we're destroying ourselves, laid out for defeat
I've noticed a community can be torn apart because there was no love in the heart from the start
I hear people crying "NO MORE PAIN! NO MORE PAIN! NO MORE PAIN"

Have y'all ever seen someone you love taken away?
Y'all were rollin' in the streetz, but they gone the next day
SMDH it hurts to the core since they left...
Wondering if the pain will go m.i.a. , looking for a brighter day
Been wondering if life's even fair, their body's gone while their soul dissipates in the air
Always know the care, life nor death can change a heart so sincere

They taught you how to be filled with the Holy Ghost
Kept you sane and laughing while everyone else was doing the most
Got yo act right , reatness doesn't happen overnight so they stayed along for the ride
Helped you grow no need to boast!
Took y'all time and got back to basics
Let the love bloom so feelings weren't mistaken
On ya knees constantly praying, patiently waiting
No one can ever replace 'em, the bond was so strong
Made you carry on and pushed you outside ya comfort zone
Been down for the game since day 1, despite all the trouble it was complete fun
Go ahead and take your rest kings and queens your work is done
I promise you that until i close my eyes, we shall overcome
