Swimming: the BEST and FUN way to lose weight

A lot of people tend to skip meals to lose weight while some take diet pills which is both unhealthy and 
not guaranteed.
According to anorexia-reflections(See article here), Skipping meals can cause 
health problems like Eating disorder and Anorexia. 
According to wdxcyber (See article here), Diet pills can cause heart 
problems.
So, these known ways to lose weight is definitely not the right choice to make.
There is a way that is fun,exciting and guaranteed to make you lose weight without the bad after 
effects. 
Swimming.
Swimming is fun and yet you can actually lose weight without worrying if you will gain diseases. There are 
a lot of ways to exercise in a swimming pool by the use of some pool supplies. 
You can join swimming lessons in your town or just take a trip to the swimming pool. 
In swimming exercises, you can try the easy water exercises without the need to use pool supplies. 
Swimming is also a great remedy for people who have asthma. 
Swimming won't cause you anorexia or any diseases.
And the great thing about it is you will have FUN.
