Craft The Mind

Craft The Mind

A Poem by Kanishka
"

Sometimes we only wish our job was done with least effort. But that's the devil taking a call within us. This poem will potentially change your attitude towards how one must approach responsibilities.

"

A few principles you got to follow.

Be not a mind narrow or shallow!

Listen to that slow intimate whisper

How it changes you! That whipper!

The mind and the body, feel nothing but sorry.

When there's a task at hand, all you do is worry.

Speaking of beginnings, you are nil.

But as you end you'd have a skill.

Never in time, to responsibilities, be blind!

For future will push you back and never mind!

Think of how and what you think,

The work you do got to be in sync.

Remember that you generally give up

Just when your mind's ready to lift the cup.

Pull yourself up, go higher than height

Though, what's NOT an option is flight!

You are better than the best you know

Lift your limits and feel the blow.

Do you know where you stand?

It's not a place you should land.

Know what to do when you know what to do.

You'll love where your path leads you to!

WOW! This is wonderfully crafted. Wise advice and powerfully convincing. I love the rhyme scheme too.
I agree, we oft take things lighting, unknowingly the consequences prove unfavorable.
We must never forget that a master was once a beginner.
"Speaking of beginnings, you are nil.
But as you end you'd have a skill."
Excellent!

Your words move with a powerful rhythm like drums, calling the soul to rise up, to find the strength and vision to soar above the shallow places. This is a calling I need to hear, to find my footing, to move forward again. Thank you so much for this hopeful song of light!
