Your shell I shall be

Your shell I shall be

A Poem by Lupus Kaos

I see your eyes filled with tears,
and all I can do, I will do,
letting my fingers over these letters flow,
to write you a poem, to keep you strong.

Your eyes have been,
my smile and warm heart,
thus when filled with despair,
I'm quickly torn apart.

I know when you feel pain,
when your strengh is almost gone.
I never knew what mental effort meant,
till I felt how your love,
tied your tears inside so you can smile to me,
such a tough task, yet done with honesty,
and I could not tell,
you felt all along my pain.

Struggling together, all it took for me,
was to hear your voice, and I could never notice,
it was trembling, as your sadness grew,
and yet with love by my side you stood.

You taught me how to forget,
how to move on from inner pain,
make the burning demons inside me
angels joyfully serving me.

I have used your strengh, my smile was from your lips,
your heart kept beating for my heart to live on,
so please accept now, to share the wings you gave me,
and by my side staying, together let us move on.

I really love this. I like the style and the flow of it and the intense feeling of the bond between the two in this poem.

Sadness I like to embrace in each of her forms. I feel alone and Solitude is my only friend...But I have no complain about that, since I can write and express myself. more..
