A Poem by Katya_Stotskaya

When thoughts,dominantly tragic,
Were stealing my mind like thieves,
You came to my life like magic,
In which no one else believes.

Since then I'm afraid of losing,
I'm counting my every tear...
You came to my life like music
Which nobody else can hear.

Thank you for the music...especially when it's as personally felt as this is Katya.

Love and lost. When in the mist of love. Always a fear of losing. The poem honest and direct. Made the reader understand the thoughts. Thank you Katya for sharing your amazing poetry.

Excellent, Katya!
In every way, your Quatrains speak in beautiful poetic voice, syntax simply dances across the page, and your unique 8/7/8/7 counts and abab, cdcd spot-on rhymes are truly a lovely touch of gentle flow the poetic senses adore, and such metaphor, oh-MY … like music to the soul!
Great title and illustration, too, softening the mood just right for the mind's eyes to enjoy that which is to come.

You've a lovely pen, Lady-Poet … thank you for the treat! ⁓ Richard ; )

Coupl'a punctuation issues: message if interested. 🤔

I have no voice is in my awe! Well done!

(The comma after "magic" is not needed since the following line is a direct continuation of the thought).
