Future Roads

Future Roads

A Poem by LETitBeKnown

Does it all die or does it grow from here? Hearing the question so loudly in your head. It's explosive. Start to finish you caught no glimpse. A shame to say you missed a lot. Now admitting to blame yourself. The pain we feel, you caused. Could this be settled? Or are we setting stone? To map out forever. Future roads designed beyond what we call home . When do we pause to measure the lines we have drawn? Picking up where you left off is not so much my plan. Now these hands hold so much more . Is it in the waiting that we rot in the places we stand? It almost seems unreal. Could this be settled? Or are we setting stone? To map out forever. Future roads designed beyond what we call home . When do we pause to measure the lines we have drawn? Creating every moment from sensation we perceive to build. Choices leave us vacant. No pointing signs to heal. Time is just a system. Keep safe what you hold near. Fading begins immediately. Could this be settled? Or are we setting stone? To map out forever. Future roads designed beyond what we call home . When do we pause to measure the lines we have drawn? Does it all die or does it grow from here?

About
Life is full of flaw. I can accept that. We create ourselves, but people don't see us the way we are. To you; I'm just an external image with a name. If I were to give you an internal piece of me, yo.. more..
