Jacob...

For my friend, Jacob, who is so much more unique than simply unique

Exuding such profound intensity that is well beyond the grasp of many....those with like souls, souls that plead to be beared from the casting of a shadow, can truly be taken in immensely, easily, swiftly.
Obscured behind a wall, a concealment, a slight shade, his presence desires to be heard but merely ever so quietly.
A near inaudible whisper, a murmur that assembles to a faint joining of words, so boldly part his lips and with it, a reflection he aims to contrive for all to hear, yet only a choice few will understand.
These intrepid words he speaks, they touch upon life and project his knowledge of one so meagerly lived, yet so tender - his soul openly recites it's progressive years.
His story, not one so easily recited, let alone lived, is a truth so valid that it cannot be misconstrued, the wisdom lines upon his brow tell of it all.
Though his presence is strongly felt in almost any dwelling, he prefers his solitude but if your attendance is precise, there stands a possibility that you too, will surely be drawn into the verses he communicates with such knowledgable eloquence.

Pretty fair n fine - seems, it's written ev'n dedicated to someone. Here's one guy, on cafe's site, named Jacob (Erin) as well, first I thought, it's written for him, perhaps, not sure about it...

Funny you should ever do slightly incline as to whether this one was directed to anyone you may know, know of or be familiar with, in perhaps this site or another bc you're actually not the 1st to question it's directive lol. I can assure you, this poem is written about a very close friend of mine who's presence in my life, has made a difference and he's nothing near a writer nor the like interest enough in so, to be on any publishing site lol. No, this one is very personal to me. Thank you very much for reading and reviewing. I hope there are many more here that pique your interest and that you enjoy reading!
