Black Cat

Black Cat

A Poem by Ki Rider
"

Things in this world have an interesting way of attracting our attention and mesmerizing our thoughts. One black cat did just that to me.

"
Whistling wind,
Screeching black birds.
Two yellow eyes reaching the end.
Creeping through the forest, no sound is heard.

Sleek black body,
Four big paws.
Big sharp teeth
And big sharp claws.

Fierce yet beautiful,
Dangerous yet kind,
Powerful and wonderful,
And protecting but hard to find.

Black cat where are you?
I tried to see you there.
Black cat I need you.
Stay with me here.

Whistling wind,
Screeching black birds.
Two yellow eyes reaching the end.
Creeping through the forest no sound is heard.
