Tethered in Leisure

Tethered in Leisure

A Poem by Kaliope

Steamy dreamer wakes with fever
With looming fortune
Gloomy weather
Heather feathers hang off leather
Roomy measure swooning
Tethered in leisure

Could you explain each line except the third? I'm curious to know what this means.

Are you a 12 year old girl? Your rhymes are basic and intellectual content tethered to your stupid playground rhymes as opposed to actual logic. Your not a writer you're a rhymer... and not a very good one at that. I don't know why that Silente chick recommended your writing... that thing has bad taste. (did I already mention that? I'm here because of him).
