Lost in thought

Thoughts that I feel lost in, like a lifeless bird.

Madness from inside, oh I'm lost in thought

Everything is off and nothing seems to be able to hit the dot

Oh I'm lost in thought

My friends are worried you see, they see me still like a tree.

I can't even seem to engage with anything but mere dreams

Madness from inside, oh I'm lost in thought

It's like I'm dreaming and there no clock

For I'm lost in my thoughts with no desire to wake up

Hey everyone! This is my piece I have uploaded and to be honest I'm not sure if this is a Poem or what. All I know is I write stuff like this but I have no clue what you would call it.

If you have any advise on my writing I would love to hear it!
