My Dream Land

A place not to call home but to feel warm inside.

Mountains after mountains is what I see

I can see in the distance but not very clearly

My mind is at a haze

Rumbling through the debris

I wish that I could see clearly but that is just a dream

Wondering in this unknown land

I can't help but think of staying here 

But that is just a dream

For I have to go home

Their are lovers and friends

All waiting for me

To say "I'm home" would be their victory

The pain has been rough lately 

But this land is my peace

Even if I can't stay here 

I know I can come back, to set my mind at ease.
