Life Support

Life and death exist on the same plane
Two different journey’s that both calling your name
No crossroads to be found your choice remains active
The paths intertwine based on what you find attractive

Life and death are not beginning and end
But destinations to be reached not by chance or trend
In individual action we side with certain factions
Making decisions that end in specific transactions

Cuz you can no longer exist but still breathe life
Your heart can still beat on the end of Satan’s knife
It’s simply a matter the road you like to travel
And the pain you may feel is just apart of the gravel

The roads you travel have similar traits
Both have the potential for very different fates
In the journey is life and the same time death
Just make sure that in the end you still drawing breath

In a world of struggle this is life support
Keeps it in perspective don’t the world distort
Makes ya feel a lil better in spite of it all
All the happy times it helps to recall

Grow a bit wiser get a lil bit stronger
Cuz the valley some times is a lil bit longer
You won’t be perfect so you will fall short
Just don’t let go this is life support.
