Hate

Hate

A Poem by Kathryn Ann

You cant break whats already broken,
You cant take back whats already been done.
I hate you for who you are,
and what youve made me become.

The things you've done will not be forgotten,
The things you've said are still very much there.
I hate you for who you are,
and how you make me care

Keep acting like we never were,
Keep pretending that, that was it.
I hate you for who you are,
and how you simply called a quits.

Well the tears have been shed,
and the truth has been told.
I hate you for who you ,
and how your fakeness had me sold.

Its impossible to forget,
and almost as hard to forgive.
I hate myself for falling for you,
I cant believe what you did.

Work on this speed-thought process piece, go through it again, push more words into it of the anguish you feel and it'll get even better....the seeds are sown!

A lot of emotion and unresolved feelings pour out in this piece. I assume that the lack of apostrophe's was on purpose. It gives an almost urgency in the way the poem was written. As if you needed to get it out of your system quickly.
