A Poem by L.M.Warde

How far we have come,
how little we've grown.
There is so much that we've done,
when so little is known.

Like children we play,
with weapons and war.
Setting out each day,
we settle the score.

We make jokes about money,
and how little some have.
Convinced that it's funny,
to their faces, we laugh.

We're so close, yet alone,
see what our cities have done.
How little we've grown
How far we have come.

Wow, this is so true! It's pretty sad to see how advanced we are, yet we still haven't learned... I love the way you've captured this lesson to the world in so few words. Wonderful piece L.M., it really makes you think....
