The Party Animal

The Party Animal

A Poem by Whiskurz

Mary had a little lamb
As stubborn as a mule
He never listened to a word she said
Cause he was way too cool
That lamb was always hiding
And Mary looked everywhere
But the lamb was born to boogie
And he simply didn't care
He'd sneak away late at night
And party all night long
He'd wander in about half past four
Humming a drinking song
He'd been sippin on the goat's milk
You could smell it on his breath
He tripped over the chicken coop
Nearly scared them hens to death
The cows could only shake their heads
As they watched him stumble in
Waiting for the yelling to start
And the fireworks to begin
For Mary had surely heard him
He was as loud as he could be
But in the lambs condition
He could hardly even see
The lamb was quite inebriated
He'd made his last mistake
Mary had news to tell him
In the morning when he's awake
For Mary had finally had it
And she knew now what to do
His partying days were over
He's going to the petting zoo

Ha ha!! Like it Larry. Nice job. Though I think the last line should be:

"He was going in the stew"!
